FIBI Pasadena grew out of a simple frustration: too many real estate meetups had become sales floors. Between pitch sessions and paid mentorship pipelines, the honest, peer-to-peer conversation that helps investors actually get better was disappearing.
So we built the opposite. A room where operators, lenders, flippers, syndicators, passive investors, and newcomers sit shoulder to shoulder — no commercial affiliations, no closers working the crowd, no pressure to buy anything.
